World types is an option for world generation.
World type minecraft. Click customize under superflat and then click presets step 8. Uses the regular generation settings in overworld. True for biomes generation in the large biomes world type. These world types customize and configure the world generation of the server and can be configured even further using generator settings.
Currently there are three world types infinite old and flat. To convert an old world to an infinite type select the pencil icon next to the old world in the world selection screen then select make infinite. Set world type to superflat step 7. Amplified worlds generate as many large hills and mountains which dwarf even the mountains biome seen in default world types and more often than not reach the world height limit. Amplified stylized in game as amplified is a world type with a large range of altitude used in overworld terrain generation.
However there are only one biome in overworld which is selected by the player. As minecraft has matured and developed it has started to support many different and interesting world types rather than the the standard default generation. It can be accessed by holding down the shift key while cycling through the world types. The old world is then renamed worldname old.
Set minecraft bedrock 2 minecraft dirt minecraft grass block minecraft plains village to minecraft air step 9. Click use preset and then click done step 10. It allows the player to create specific type of world. It is available in the advanced options menu.
