The best you could do is get as much usage out of the current iron pick as you can to save levels to enchant books or a diamond pick.
Minecraft transfer enchantment. Thus if none of the available enchantments for a tool are desired 1 lapis lazuli and 1 level could be spent to enchant a book or a different tool to refresh the list. You can however combine two books or any two items of the same type and merge the enchantments with an anvil. The second tool will loose all of its previous enchantments and gain the enchantments of the first. Enchanting any item at any enchantment level changes the player s enchantment seed which changes the possible enchantments for every item at every enchantment level.
Put a tool with the enchantments you want in the first slot of the smithing table followed by the tool of the same type that you want to transfer it to. There is no way of transferring enchantments between items. I don t think its possible to transfer an enchantment from one item to another but its very possible to combine enchantments via an anvil combining duplicate items with different existing enchantments into a single item that has the enchantments of both this costs experience points in this process you will be sacrificing one item in exchange for the other and i think they have to be items of the same kind for example iron sword and iron pickaxe so this should certainly work for you. See here for more information on enchantments.
